The controls in Beat Racing are as follows: by sliding your finger on the screen you can move your vehicle from one side of the track to the other. During the journey, there are two types of pieces on the road. Red pieces must be avoided at all cost, as they explode, and the blue pieces are the ones you have to collect to keep the beat of the song. If you manage to collect all the blue pieces, you will get the maximum number of points in the level, and the ones that you leave along the way will be deducted from the final score. Additionally, you will also come across speed and energy boosts during the journey that let you obtain even more points.

At the end of each level, you will unlock a new song, and you can also opt for a new car. Among the songs that play, you can expect to hear viral songs like 'Coffin Dance' or 'Believer' by Imagine Dragons. What's more, all of this takes place in a neon-lit and pretty design.
